Yesterday was a really busy day...we started out with going to the local baby clothing sale, then rushed over to Connor's music class. Ariel joined us and she tried real hard to catch a picture of her brother but she learnt real quick that he just moves around way too much to catch him :) She finally got a nice one when it was time to sign the goodbye song.
After class we tried to get a picture of him with his teacher, which is also his kindergarten teacher. First his little friend Liza joined in...
And then he kept making goofy faces...just being a boy :)
His teacher is such a sweet woman with the patience of a saint (he actually has two teachers one morning teacher and this is his afternoon teacher and they are both great) but I guess with 26 kids in your class and several of them being very busy you have no choice but to learn patience :)
Then it was on to the Fall Family Fair to raise money for a water park at the beach...not really sure why you would want a water park next to the water but hey it is better than no where I guess. As we were walking up we saw some children in a firetruck...the gentleman asked if Connor wanted to drive it. He was so excited...at least until it started driving away :)
He started yelling for it to stop because he wasn't sure how he was driving it but he was freaking out...but when the ride was over he told every one that he drove the firetruck and was so excited that he had done it on his own. I am not sure how they set it up but it drove down to the end of the parking lot and turned around all on it's own.
Then it was inside for the fair, they had a bouncer and games and races as well as a strong man competition and a pie eating contest. Connor had a blast going from one activity to another. His little friend from school and music, Liza was there to join in his fun.
I caught them both looking all cowpokish and captured a great shot of them :)
I got Connor to pose for a couple of shots for me, but he wasn't sitting long enough for me to figure his sister's camera out and he was gone :) but this one is pretty good.
Here are a couple of shots of Connor and Ariel in the sack races...
The highlight of the evening for him was the dance...he showed his moves
He danced with his sister
and spent most of the night chasing after his friends, but he had a blast.
Sorry the picture quality isn't the best I was using my daughter's camera and I haven't used it in a long time so it took me a bit to figure it out again :) I am sure Connor is hoping there is another family fair soon, and I am hoping more of the family can go next time :)

Sounds like a wicked good time!
The firetruck story had me cracking up! I like how you blog with the pictures embedded; in my spare time (ha ha), I would love to setup a blog like this for my family.
