My Baby is a Big Boy Now :(

Five years ago this morning actually at this exact time 10:01 my baby boy was born.  It was an easy and difficult delievery all at the same time.  From my first contraction at 7:30 until birth at 10am things were pretty good, except that his face was turned the wrong way.  He came out very purple...not breathing.  My mother said it was the scariest thing she ever say in her life.  I figured since I nearly died after giving birth to my first son 14 years earlier (I went into shock after losing so much blood) and my baby nearly dying I wasn't going to have anymore children.  You can see if you look at his tiny cheeks and eyes the brusies on his face from the way he came out, but they only lasted a couple of days...

Now five years later I have a wonderful boy.  He is definetly a boy, very active and rambunctious. He is a sweetheart and loves his family very much. Some of the things that he does just blow my mind as I have never seen a child put up on some things so fast.  He is a very smart boy and I think he learns faster having three older siblings to teach him.  I love him so much and I wish I could keep him little forever...but he is growing and growing too fast for my liking :(
