Life Upside Down

I haven't scrapbooked in a really long time, I have been so busy with other stuff that I really haven't had the time. And when I do seem to have the time I just don't seem to have the creative juices required to produce anything. I have started lots of projects lately but finished none. Then I got a message on my sb.com homepage asking me to participate in a challenge. I was honoured that Sam asked me to join in her challenge and I figured there was no time like the present to get started so I did one today...

A couple of weeks ago Connor and I went over to the park just after it had rained, I was having a hard time getting pictures of him that day as he was shying away and giving me goofy faces, but he decided he was going to hang upside down in the tire swing so I snuck up on him, laid down on the ground and started snapping...of course he didn't cooperate for long. It is hard to really see his face in the picture but you can tell that he is really concentrating on what is going on in this puddle. When I saw the picture I thought of a Winnie the Pooh quote "sometimes life looks better upside down" and I thought it was suiting, so here is my latest layout...

papers all from FRESH by Stolen Moments Designs; frame from Chocolate Blue by Tootlebugz; alphabet is Kiddos Alpha by Lisa Carter at Digitalscrapbookplace.com; font is Pooh

My son is such a silly boy that sometimes you can't help but get some silly pictures...
